Before any staff are employed by
the company they are vetted personally by the Managing Director.
All staff must have certain qualifications and in some instances
amount of service in their fields is required.
Training is a major part to the company's future,
all training is attained by sending staff on required course through
recognized training establishments.
To enable the company to comply with Health &
Safety Regulations training has been given in the use of Access
Equipment etc. All relevant protective equipment is supplied by
the company, and must be used by all employee's.
The
company personnel currently consists of:
- The Staff:
- 1 Manager
- 2 Office Staff
- 2 Working Supervisors
- 7 Approved Electricians
- 1 Network Installer
- 2 Adult Trainee Electricians
- 1 Labourer
- Qualifications Attained:
- All manual employees are trained in the use of access equipment
- All electricians are trained to 16th Edition Regulations
- Five electrical personnel are trained to City and Guilds Electrical
Testing, Inspection and Certification of Electrical Installations
- Two employees have successfully completed the SC01 Introduction
to Structured Cabling Course
A majority of the staff have been allocated mobile
phones for ease of contact whilst out in the field. This enables
the company to do certain emergency repairs, giving our clients
a better service.
